The Coalition to Unchain Dogs is a non-profit founded by Amanda Arrington in Durham, North Carolina in 2007. The Coalition has expanded into Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, NC and Richmond, VA. In less than three years, volunteers of this organization have freed over 450 dogs from their chains by building free fences.
