(Q) How do I register on McBidz?
|

(A) Registration is simple and only takes a matter minutes. You will need to register on McVidz and McForum as well to have full access to those features.
To start the signup process, click on the “register now” button at the left of this page. Only users with the age over 18 years are able to register.
The next step is to fill in all your information, failure to supply all the required information will result in an error.
The e-mail you used to register will receive an “activation e-mail” which will redirect you to a confirmation page. Your account will be activated instantly. Please be advised your account will not be active until you use the activation e-mail sent from McBidz.
* Be sure to set your e-mail filters to accept mail from McBidz so we can update you on your listings.
! People want what they want, when they see it. Be sure to include a picture of your product or service logo when listing on McBidz.

(A) In accordance with standard law users under age 18 cannot participate in auctions as they are legal binding contracts. |

Does the McBidz Monster have a name?
|
|
Before the official launching of the McBidz platform we started receiving a great number of customer e-mails asking about the name of our Mascot. After reviewing your feedback our Monster was officially named “Chuckster McBidz”.
Chuckster is located throughout the McBidz website and is currently being recruited to perform in our upcoming radio and TV advertisements. When you see Chuckster McBidz, you know you are in the right place. McBidz, we make selling FUN!

How do I register on McVidz video sharing?
|

McVidz is a FREE new feature for McBidz members to pursue their interest in video sharing.
* McVidz will send you an e-mail to validate the e-mail address you signed up with. Be sure to check your "junk mail" folder and/or set your e-mail accounts to accept McBidz e-mails. Copy/paste the link from McVidz to your browser and you will be validated and ready to post your videos! |

(Q) How can I list an item?

* Please note: To maintain the integrity of McBidz.com we do not allow outside links off of the McBidz business platform when listing auctions. Only links within the McBidz site such as your McBidz stores are allowed.
* Closed auctions will be automatically be deleted after 14 days if not relisted. To be sure your unsold auctions don’t get deleted by our systems have them set to relist or be sure to relist them manually before 14 days (2 weeks) have expired.
* McBidz stores must be stocked with at least eight (8) items to be active on the McBidz website. All stores with less than eight items listed will be "inactive" and will not show up on the McBidz website. Please note your store will not be deleted, but will not show up on the McBidz website to buyers until it is stocked with product to sell..
** For new members please be sure to keep your store in admin "My McBidz" in an "inactive" state until you have time to properly stock your store with merchandise..
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the “submit a new auction” link located at the bottom of the "AUCTION PAGE". The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description.
* Be advised when selling in classifieds your e-mail and phone number will be displayed for the customers to contact you so they can purchase your item.

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page. |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?
|
|
(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. |

What happens after an auction sells?
|
|
McBidz operates in account mode for the convenience of our customers with a limit on each account of $12.50. You will be billed monthly for any amount over $2.00 so your final value fee (FVF) which you owe when your auction sells will be applied to your account. You can access your account details and/or pay your balance at any time by logging in to your account and going to the "details" button in your account admin section.

How to: McBidz "Bulk Lister"

The McBidz bulk lister is set up so your uploaded auctions immediately post to the auction site once submitted. You may access the bulk lister by signing into your account and going to your admin section. There you will see the button for the bulk lister. Once you download the software you will be able to bulk list your items to the McBidz website. ! Please note McBidz does not allow repeated auctions of the same item. Please post only unique auctions to the McBidz website. |
